These terms govern your use of the Submerge website, the free browser-based subliminal message maker, and the Submerge desktop application (the “Software”). By using any of these, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Software.
Submerge, including the desktop application and the free web tool, is provided for entertainment and personal-development purposes only. It is not a medical device, therapeutic product, or mental-health service, and it makes no promises about outcomes.
We do not claim that subliminal audio will change your habits, mindset, health, or circumstances. Any effect is unproven and subjective. Nothing on this site or in the Software is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional.
You use the Software entirely at your own discretion and own risk. If you are dealing with a medical or mental-health concern, please consult a licensed professional.
The Submerge desktop application is built for Windows and has not been tested or verified on macOS, Linux, or other operating systems. Performance may also vary across different Windows hardware configurations, audio drivers, and setups.
Before purchasing the paid version of the desktop app, we strongly recommend downloading and running the free version on your own computer to confirm that it installs correctly and runs smoothly for you. Because we cannot verify every possible hardware and software combination in advance, this is the best way to make sure Submerge works on your machine before you spend any money.
The free browser-based subliminal message maker runs in your web browser and is not affected by the Windows requirement above, though it depends on your browser supporting the Web Audio API.
All sales of the paid desktop application are final. We do not offer refunds, for any reason, including but not limited to compatibility or performance issues on your system. This is why we recommend testing the free version first, per Section 2 above. Please make sure the free version works for you before purchasing.
The Submerge desktop application, the free web tool, and their underlying source code, design, audio-processing logic, and branding are the exclusive property of Submerge and its creators, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing or downloading the Software does not transfer any ownership of it to you.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the desktop application on your own personal devices, and to use the free web tool, for your own personal, non-commercial use. That license does not include the right to do any of the following:
We actively monitor for unauthorized copies and pirated distributions of the Software. Violating the restrictions above is a breach of these terms and copyright law, and we reserve the right to pursue takedown requests, terminate your license without refund, and pursue any other legal remedies available to us — including civil claims for damages — against anyone who copies, cracks, or redistributes the Software without our written permission.
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Submerge and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software — including any outcomes, expectations, or results (or lack thereof) related to subliminal audio content.
We may update these terms occasionally as the product evolves. We'll update the “last updated” date above whenever we do, and continued use of the Software after changes means you accept the updated terms.
