This policy explains what information Submerge collects across our website, our free browser-based subliminal message maker, and our Windows desktop application, and how that information is used. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, reach outand we'll happily explain further.

The free web tool processes audio locally

Information we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you use our contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to us through Formspree, a third-party form service, so we can reply to you.
• Basic website analytics. We may use standard, privacy-conscious analytics to understand overall traffic to the site (e.g. which pages are visited). We do not sell this information.
• Desktop app purchase and license data.If you purchase Submerge, our payment processor handles your payment details directly — we don't store your full card information ourselves.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
• We don't upload the audio files you process with the free web tool.
• We don't require an account or ongoing internet connection to use the desktop app's core features.

Third-party services

We use Formspree to handle contact form submissions and a payment processor to handle purchases of the desktop app. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle the data passed through them.

Children's privacy

Submerge is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the product changes. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we do.
